The Sales Lead LATAM (Peru & Chile) and Sales Lead Iberia roles are seperate full-time remote positions responsible for driving growth in their respective regions. Each Sales Lead will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships alongside our CSM teams with existing agribusiness clients and partners, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. For clarity this role is based in the respective regions: "Remote" does not mean US based.

• Are based in the region(s) and have experience selling into LATAM (Peru & Chile) and/or Iberia markets, with understanding of local agricultural and financial ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or agritech solutions is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for LATAM; proficiency in English and Spanish (plus Portuguese an advantage) for Iberia
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize effectively.
