We are looking for graduates to join our Asset Design teams in 2027. This is an opportunity to work in a leading engineering and professional services consultancy, helping shape sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure from early optioneering through to design and commissioning, so communications remain safe, resilient and thriving.

A little bit more about your role and the team…
As a Graduate in our Asset Design team, you will help create water and wastewater infrastructure that keeps communities safe, resilient and thriving. Working across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical instrumentation, energy and process engineering, you will support projects from early optioneering through to design and commissioning, helping deliver sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
You will work in multidisciplinary teams on real-world projects, helping to assess options, develop designs, support construction and commissioning, and consider how assets will perform throughout their lifecycle.
By challenging assumptions and refining options, we help clients make risk-based decisions that champion no-build and low-build solutions wherever possible, reducing environmental impact while delivering long-term value for communities and clients.

Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the skills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, you will be supported every step of the way.
Application process
Candidates must complete the application form in full, including all specific questions. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to complete an online assessment, containing a Cognitive Assessment, personality questionnaire and Situational Judgement Test (SJT). All stages are essential parts of our early careers’ recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For
