What You’ll Do
As a Sales Operations Intern at Prep Network, you’ll help keep our sales team running efficiently by supporting the data, systems, and internal workflows that power our business. You’ll work behind the scenes to maintain clean CRM records, support core sales processes, prepare internal reports, and help streamline communication and operational tasks across the organization.
This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, data organization, and sales support. It’s ideal for students interested in careers in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or CRM/Data Management.
Timeline

Core Responsibilities
- Be a Swiss Army Knife: Jump in wherever support is needed across Sales Operations, from managing, prepping, and executing CRM data clean-up and accuracy checks, assisting with team roster and accommodations workflows. Bring adaptability, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to a variety of behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
- Support the Core Process: Support our sales team by upholding and improving the systems that keep our sales operations running smoothly. Contribute to accurate data hygiene, organized event preparation, and consistent communication to ensure events and programs are set up for success.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally to keep program details aligned and up to date. Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and strengthen coordination across departments.
- Execute with Excellence: Take ownership of the details, maintaining clean CRM records, supporting roster and communication processes, tracking key event readiness tasks, and helping keep accommodations workflows organized. Accuracy, reliability, and follow-through are essential.
- Learn, Adapt, and Grow: Develop a strong understanding of how sales operations power our nationwide events. Ask questions, document learnings, look for process improvements, and build the foundational skills needed to grow into a future professional.
Must-Haves in a Candidate
- Currently a Junior or Senior in College – Candidates should be entering their final year of undergraduate studies and ready to apply classroom concepts to real-world operations.
- Pursuing a Relevant Degree – Working toward a major in Sports Management, Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or Event Management.
- Ability to Take Direction and Work Autonomously – Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, following clear direction while managing time effectively.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Critical-Thinking Skills – Able to assess challenges, think logically, and propose solutions that improve efficiency or outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy and Quick Learner – Capable of picking up new platforms and systems quickly (such as the Event Application), and confident navigating G-Suite Tools, CRMs and digital communication tools like Slack and Asana.
- Organized, Resourceful, and Proactive – Maintains structure and focus across multiple projects while anticipating needs and taking initiative.
- Strong Communicator and Multitasker – Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication, able to balance priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Advanced Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
- Interest in sports, youth athletics, or event operations
- Self-motivation and grind to get shit done
- Experience with Slack and Asana systems is a plus
Work Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Only U.S. citizens will be considered for this role at this time.

- Full-time: $2,500 per month, based on 40 hours per week, through mid-August 2027.
- Part-time (winter start): Paid hourly at $15 per hour.
