Position Responsibilities: Support strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives. Analyze data to generate insights and inform decision-making. Contribute to process mapping and automation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business lines. Participate in professional development and networking activities. Required Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g. Business, Data/Analytics, Operations, or related field). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Interest in operations, strategy, and transformation. • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote team environment. Salary range is expected to be between $40,950.00 CAD - $52,650.00 CAD The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
