2D Game Artist

Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Game Artist to join our growing Game Development team as we expand into the iGaming and slot gaming industry.

This role is ideal for someone with strong digital illustration skills, a keen eye for visual design, and preferably experience creating artwork for slot games or similar gaming projects.

You'll work closely with our Game Development team to create high-quality visual assets, including characters, symbols, backgrounds, and game interfaces that define the look and feel of our slot games.

What You'll Do

• Design and illustrate high-quality 2D artwork for slot games, including characters, symbols, backgrounds, and other in-game assets.
• Create visually appealing game interfaces, bonus screens, feature artwork, and other game elements.
• Develop original concepts, sketches, and polished illustrations based on creative briefs and project requirements.
• Design artwork across different themes, styles, and visual concepts for various slot game projects.
• Ensure consistency in art style, color palettes, lighting, composition, and overall visual quality.
• Collaborate with the Game Development team to ensure artwork meets creative and technical requirements.
• Revise and refine artwork based on feedback and creative direction.
• Organize and deliver completed artwork in the required file formats within agreed timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in 2D game art, digital illustration, or game asset creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar digital art software.
• Strong illustration skills, including character design, environment design, and visual asset creation.
• Previous experience working in iGaming, slot gaming studios, or casino game development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with designing slot game symbols, characters, backgrounds, and user interfaces is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, composition, perspective, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to different artistic styles, themes, and creative directions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, production-ready artwork.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a multicultural team.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage deadlines and revisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing relevant 2D game artwork, illustrations, or slot game projects.
