2nd and 3rd Line IT Engineer (MSP)

We are currently recruiting for a growing MSP client of ours based in the Henley area for a 2nd & 3rd Line Engineer - permanent. Hybrid working

£40,000 - £45,000pa

Duties (not limited to):

- Support to team (Escalations)

- Mentoring Team

- Project work (Design and Deployment)

- Actively help to improve internal systems (HaloPSA, CIPP, Other)

- Support of client infrastructure (M365/Networking etc)

- Some onsite work required

Hard Skills:

- Microsoft Certified (desirable): Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Cybersecurity qualifications such as ISC2 or ComptiaSecurity+

- Strong M365 (Intune, SharePoint, Azure, Entra ID, Autopilot)

- Solid Widows, MAC support skills

- Windows Server advantageous

- PowerShell scripting (M365, PC)

- Networking equipment (all protocols incl VLAN). Unifi equipment ideal

Soft Skills:

- Work under pressure as an individual and with your team

- Customer facing and excellent communication (non-technical)

- Have worked in MSP environment
