Job Description BlackRock is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service teams and their partner teams within the Client Experience organization. This role is part of the Dynamics Solution Center, which provides reliable and effective services in developing and supporting the MS Dynamics platform, including product strategy, platform engineering, and global user support. This is a contract role based in Atlanta, GA, 40 hours per week, for a Special Project in the Client Exp-Transformation-Dynamics Solution Center department. Summary of Responsibilities: - Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards. - Build workflows and automation using Power Automate; develop applications using Power Apps. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Azure) and partner with Aladdin Engineering on integrations with Aladdin and related platforms. - Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365. - Potentially write custom code (JavaScript, C#, .NET) to enhance functionality; collaborate with senior developers on complex projects. - Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address system performance bottlenecks. - Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements; document technical specifications, solution designs, and code changes. Required Experience and Skills: - Minimum 4+ years of overall technical experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform engineering experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications. - Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI exposure helpful). - Proven customization and configuration experience; experience building and deploying D365 solutions. - Integration experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Azure) and ability to coordinate on platform integrations (e.g., Aladdin). - Understanding or experience with JavaScript, C#, or .NET (beneficial). - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage non-technical audiences and gain buy-in. - Positive attitude, resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and effectiveness working across cross-functional teams. About the Client Experience (CX) Organization: CX aims to make it easier for clients to do business with BlackRock and is organized across four pillars: Client Experience Oversight (CXO), Client Experience Transformation (CXT), Reporting & Regulatory Solutions (RRS), and Client Experience Delivery (CXD). The Dynamics Solution Center focuses on delivering best-in-class experiences for business users through the MS Dynamics platform.
