We are looking for several 3D Animators to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, or to work remotely from elsewhere in the Canary Islands. / YOUR ROLE: Deliver high-end animation with strong acting and storytelling, setting quality benchmarks for the team. Take ownership of complex shots and sequences, ensuring they meet creative and technical expectations. Work closely with Leads and Supervisors to interpret creative direction and translate it into final animation. Support Leads in reviewing work and providing constructive feedback to other animators when required. Help maintain consistency in style, performance, and continuity across the project. Anticipate challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and quality. Provide reliable task estimates and ensure deadlines are met. / WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 6+ years of experience in animation production. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level acting and performance. Ability to mentor and support other team members. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset. Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus). / NICE TO HAVE: Advanced understanding of animation principles, performance, and storytelling. Strong ability to interpret scripts, storyboards, and animatics into compelling animation. Deep knowledge of production pipelines and workflows. High proficiency in Autodesk Maya and strong technical awareness (rigs, constraints, troubleshooting). Ability to handle complex scenes, characters, and acting beats. Collaborate closely with Leads, Supervisors, and Production to ensure alignment with project goals. Act as a key point of reference for other animators on artistic and technical matters. Communicate proactively with other departments to anticipate and resolve issues. / GENERAL INFORMATION: Work location: On-site at our studio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, or remote from another Canary Island. Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00, Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. 25 days of annual leave. Contract type: Project-based contract, estimated until June 27.
