We are looking for a midweight 3D Designer with a background in interior, architectural, exhibition, or environmental design to join our integrated creative team for 4-6 months. This role is focused on designing and delivering a large brand experience (either fixed facility or event) early to mid 2027 with possible involvement on other projects too. This position would be starting early January.
Key Responsibilities
Spatial & Experience Design:
- Develop 3D concepts, layouts, and designs that align with creative briefs and brand narratives
- Possess a good understanding in detailing, materials and fabrication processes
- Create quality comprehensive technical drawing packages in 3D, using Vectorworks, including plans, elevations and detailing

3D Modeling, Rendering & Visualization:
- Create high-quality renders ideally using Enscape and Cinema 4D. These would be used for weekly client presentations and reviews
- Work with 2D designers and motion specialists to integrate graphic elements into 3D environments when required
Collaboration & Execution:
- Help lead discussions and presentations with internal teams.
- Work closely with UX designers, 2D designers and Strategists to develop holistic creative solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 3 years of experience in 3D design, interior architecture, exhibition, or environmental design
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior, Architecture or Environmental Design.
- Extensive portfolio highlighting spatial storytelling, experiential brand environments, and premium-quality visualisations
- Proven design aesthetic, in-depth knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and production
processes
- Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly
- Exceptionally organised with keen attention to detail and proven ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Extensive hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior, Architecture or Environmental Design.

- Extensive hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- Expertise in 3D modelling and rendering software, including Cinema 4D and Enscape
- Drafting in 3D using Vectorworks for technical drawings and modelling.
- Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.
