General Function:
We are seeking a remote 3D Graphics & Animation Specialist to produce accurate 3D renders and animations for technical training and product education. This role focuses on transforming engineering models and clear animation instructions into polished visual content. No engineering background is required—just the ability to interpret technical source data.

Specific Duties:
- Prepare and optimize engineering/CAD data for 3D use.
- Create accurate technical models, assemblies, and environments.
- Produce animations that illustrate system operation and procedures.
- Translate storyboards and technical instructions into final rendered deliverables.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Manage multiple projects and follow established standards and workflows.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Two or more years of professional experience using Maya in a production setting.
- Strong 3D modeling skills and understanding of 3D production.
- Understand texture creation and UV Unwrapping.
- Experience with character rigging and animation.
- Some understanding of dynamic animation and weighted keys.
- Proficiency with Maya, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to interpret technical models and instructions into visual output.
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Desired Experience:
- MEL scripting experience.
- Familiarity with automotive or mechanical systems.
- Video editing/optimization skills.
- Exposure to CAD platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro/E, CATIA, NX).
- Basic understanding of HTML/XML.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
