3rd Line Support Engineer

What You'll do: - Provide 3rd line technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and stability; - Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents and problems; - Manage and optimize monitoring systems and alerting mechanisms; - Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency; - Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure effective incident resolution; - Document incidents, root causes, and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base; - Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability; - Participate in on-call rotations , providing expert-level support during off-hours; - Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: - Proven experience in 3rd Line Application and Operational Support; - S trong knowledge of SQL; - Solid experience with AIX / Linux operating systems (user level or higher); - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell/Bash, Python ); - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and functional incidents; - Deep understanding of application workflows and functional dependencies; - Strong documentation and process optimization skills; - Availability for on-call rotation (night shifts shared within the team).  Preferred Technical Skills - Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks; - Familiarity with Elastic Search and Grafana for monitoring and observability; - Knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management; - Technical or functional understanding of Banking , Digital Payments , or eCommerce systems.
