Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Entertainment, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in artist booking, live events, or music industry preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Japanese and English. Deep understanding of Japans entertainment landscape and culture. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under fast-paced environments.
