We're revolutionizing Applied Behavior Analysis clinics by helping providers grow their businesses while delivering top-tier patient care. About the Role You’ll be at the forefront of empowering our providers to run thriving, high-quality practices. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and operator, helping providers navigate everything from clinical operations to revenue optimization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with our leadership team, drive strategic initiatives, and bring operational clarity to fast-growing ABA and mental health practices. Ideal Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice supporting providers across various states. Strong ability to analyze financial statements, identify key business drivers, and advise on strategies to improve profitability and growth. Proven ability to develop growth strategies, create actionable roadmaps, and solve complex operational challenges. A track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets (e.g., growth rates, retention goals, NPS). Strong understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including clinical operations, compliance, revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and clinical staffing models. Project manage and ensure that the provider launches are progressing at the fastest timeline. Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews of each practice, ensuring they are getting maximum value of Finni. Partner with providers to understand their goals of scaling their practice. Lead all of our communication to providers through Google Meet, Slack, and email for proactive and reactive customer support. Become an expert on all things Finni and answer all customer questions and concerns. Oversee critical CX operations, including training, help center & knowledge base content, self-service, tools & software, scheduling, and reporting. Work with the cofounders to build out better processes and tooling cross-functionally Set up SLAs and KPIs for our provider success function.
