AC General community assistant Bilingue

📢 The search is open for the Community Assistant Bilingue position in Argentina.

We are looking for advanced students or graduates in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Medicine, or related fields to join the UEPM Community Assistance team.

✅ The profile we are looking for is an organized person with strong communication skills, good management abilities, and solid command of digital tools.
✅ Preferred: Experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP).

✅ Your main tasks will include:

📞 Contacting potential clinical trial volunteers
🔍 Reviewing profiles against inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical research protocols across different therapeutic areas
📑 Referring patients to the next stage of the offline pre-screening process

Requirements

• Advanced students or graduates in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Medicine, or related fields

• Advanced or bilingual English.

• Experience in patient care (preferred)

• Experience in Research Centers is a plus

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Time self-management skills and goal-oriented work approach

• Proactivity and attention to detail

Responsibilities

📞 Contacting potential clinical trial volunteers
🔍 Reviewing profiles against inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical research protocols across different therapeutic areas
📑 Referring patients to the next stage of the offline pre-screening process

• Managing sensitive data under strict quality standards

• Daily achievement of defined goals

Working Conditions

• The Community Assistant works on a project basis, under service provision contracts (contractor) for a defined period according to the duration of the assigned project

• Full-time position

• Remote work modality

• Must have own work equipment and internet connection
