As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Academic Manager to oversee academic operations, coordinate researchers, maintain quality assurance standards, and support strategic growth within our research teams.

Role Overview

The Academic Manager will supervise researchers and associates, manage project workflows, ensure quality control, and support the company’s mission of delivering excellent academic outcomes to clients.

This role requires strong leadership ability, academic expertise, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate academic researchers and writers.
• Review project briefs and assign tasks based on specialization and expertise.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on submitted work.
• Manage researcher performance and provide feedback where necessary.
• Ensure adherence to referencing standards (APA, Harvard, OSCOLA, MLA etc.).
• Support onboarding and assessment of new researchers.
• Liaise with associates and team leads to resolve project challenges.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Academic Writing or Research Management.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience supervising writers or managing academic projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with plagiarism and AI detection tools.
• Strong understanding of dissertations, research proposals, essays, and literature reviews.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership or team coordination experience.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
