You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
THE WORK:
Team Management & Procurement Oversight
- You'll manage procurement administrative staff, providing guidance, workload oversight, and quality control across all procurement activities.
- You'll serve as the primary escalation point for procurement issues, stakeholder conflicts, and vendor disputes.
- You'll establish and maintain procurement workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- You'll collaborate closely with client’s procurement leadership and internal department heads to align procurement strategy with project priorities and budgets.
- You'll provide regular reporting and status updates to project management on procurement performance, open commitments, and risk areas.
- You'll oversee and manage the creation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across the team.
- You'll coordinate with requestors, budget owners, and client’s procurement personnel throughout the PR-to-PO process, resolving escalated issues and approvals.
- You'll monitor PO status, discrepancies, and change order activity, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- You'll lead the development and execution of RFP/RFQ solicitation packages, including scope of work, commercial terms, evaluation criteria, and supporting documentation.
- You'll direct the go-to-market process, vendor documentation, RFP/RFQ package distribution, bidder communications/clarification management, bidder evaluations, and ensuring a competitive and compliant solicitation process.
- You'll manage internal stakeholder coordination and evaluation/review cycles, aligning subject matter experts, department leads, and client’s personnel throughout the solicitation and award process.
- You'll oversee RFP/RFQ timelines and deliverables from initiation through contract award, maintaining accountability across all workstreams.
- You'll oversee the vendor onboarding program within the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring a structured, efficient, and well-documented process from initiation through completion.
- You'll manage team coordination with vendors, internal users, and client’s personnel to resolve onboarding issues and maintain momentum.
- You'll monitor onboarding pipeline and status reporting, identifying, and resolving bottlenecks and ensuring compliance with client’s vendor requirements.
Procurement & PO Administration – SAP
RFP/RFQ Development & Market Engagement
Vendor Onboarding – Ariba
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Based in Las Vegas / Las Vegas-area with the ability to be on-site/in office 2-3 days out of the week
- 7+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in mining, resources, or large-scale capital project environments
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring a procurement team
- Advanced hands-on experience with SAP (PR/PO administration) and SAP Ariba (vendor management/onboarding)
- Proven track record leading RFP/RFQ solicitation processes from development through award
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to operate across multiple workstreams and organizational levels
- Deep familiarity with procurement best practices, contract administration principles, and sourcing compliance standards
- Self-directed and adaptable, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, field-based project environment
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
