In Fastweb+Vodafone stiamo cercando un profilo di Access Network Engineer nel team di Technology & Security.

Il tuo obiettivo è gestire lo sviluppo di architetture di networking con particolare attenzione ai servizi di connettività per tutti i segmenti del mercato e all’evoluzione delle tecnologie di accesso fisso (xPON, FTTH, FTTC, VULA), integrando le due reti verso una visione Target a medio/lungo termine.

In un ambiente dinamico puoi metterti alla prova e incrementare le tue competenze tecniche, collaborare con diversi team aziendali e contribuire direttamente alla crescita e all'innovazione dell'azienda.

DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO

In qualita’ di Access Network Engineer nel Team di Technology & Security le tue attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

• Definire i requisiti delle tecnologie in collaborazione con le linee di business (team B2C -B2B-Wholesale) e con il dipartimento IT;
• fare scouting delle soluzioni per orientarsi a una ottimizzazione delle due Reti implementate;
• progettare e stilare la documentazione delle soluzioni da implementare;
• gestire le fasi di pianificazione e controllo dei progetti coordinando fornitori e risorse aziendali;
• supportare la validazione e la messa in campo dei servizi, nonché la fase successiva di assurance;

• collaborare con il team di Cybersecurity per l’implementazione di contromisure e tecnologie che rafforzino i livelli di sicurezza relativamente ad attacchi Cyber sia proattivamente che a fronte di Risk Assessments e Vulnerability Assesments
  

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Laurea in discipline scientifiche (es. Ingegneria Informatica, Telecomunicazioni)
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in ambito Service Provider
• Buone competenze di networking (es: MPLS; OSPF; ISIS; BGP; EVPN) e di design ed implementazione di soluzioni di rete.
• Buone conoscenze delle tecnologie di accesso (es: xGPON; xDSL) e dei relativi sistemi di gestione dei principali vendor del settore.
• Conoscenza di protocolli e architetture AAA (PPPoE, DHCP/IPoE, Radius, LDAP)
• Conoscenza dei modelli architetturali di rete in ambito Service Provider.
• Conoscenze di base in ambito di Cybersecurity.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Motivazione nel raggiungere gli obiettivi personali e di gruppo.
• Flessibilità.

• Attenzione al Cliente Interno ed Esterno.

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

• Certificazioni in ambito Networking (es. CCNA; CCNP; JNCIx).
• Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti di testing (es. Spirent Test Center)
• Conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione/scripting (es. Python, Pearl)
• Esperienza in progetti di Automation, AI e DevOps

Retribuzione a partire da euro 34.000 annui lordi + PdR.

The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
