We’re looking for an experienced Accessibility Developer / Software Engineer with a strong background in web development and accessibility engineering.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Web Development
• Strong hands-on experience in Web Accessibility and Accessibility Remediation
• Good understanding of WCAG, ADA, and accessibility best practices
• Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving accessibility issues across web applications
• Experience working with accessibility assessment, testing, and remediation processes
• Ability to collaborate with development, QA, product, and design teams
• Strong understanding of accessible UI development and inclusive user experiences

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and remediate accessibility issues across web-based applications
• Enhance existing application features to meet accessibility requirements
• Review new features and provide accessibility recommendations before release
• Validate accessibility fixes and ensure they align with applicable accessibility standards
• Work with automated accessibility testing tools to identify and resolve issues
• Partner with engineering and product teams to recommend practical accessibility solutions
• Investigate complex accessibility challenges and implement appropriate technical fixes
• Contribute to improving accessibility practices across the software development lifecycle

Preferred Background

Candidates with a combination of software engineering, modern web development, accessibility testing, and accessibility remediation experience are encouraged to apply.
