Aurora is seeking an Account Management Associate to join our Tokyo team. In this role, you will work with a dedicated team of Senior Account Managers to coordinate delivery and execution of Aurora's world-leading subscription products across accounts, ensuring workshops, onboarding, and service delivery are scheduled and completed effectively. You will act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, while also supporting client engagement by identifying new users and coordinating product demos (e.g. EOS) to drive adoption. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent client experience while enabling Account Managers to focus on renewals, expansion, and strategic account development. Key Responsibilities You will coordinate workshops, onboarding sessions, and client events, ensuring scheduling, logistics, and preparation are managed effectively. You will manage delivery timelines and milestones across accounts, tracking commitments and ensuring actions are completed. You will act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, aligning inputs from Research, Product, and Delivery teams. You will identify new users within client organisations and coordinate product demos (e.g. EOS) to support onboarding and drive product adoption. You will maintain regular contact with client stakeholders related to delivery, onboarding, and usage. You will prepare contracts for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with our clients You will track delivery progress, actions, and account activity, ensuring visibility of key milestones and outcomes. You will maintain accurate CRM records to support activity tracking and reporting. You will prepare reporting packs and support service reviews.
