The Account Director in China will manage and own the entire customer journey for our clients. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, driving revenue through upsells, and ensuring renewals, your core KPIs. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience. What you will do: Manage business in China and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and upsells. Have c-level discussions with customers and work on strategizing their use cases with our platform. Create, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews. Proactively understand the clients’ business to provide competitive insights and trends. Collaborate with global product, engineering and other technical teams to improve our product offerings in China. Follow industry trends and interpret these into day-to-day business impact. Understand the product development cycle, being able to communicate between product teams and customers effectively to - manage expectations on feature requests and releases. Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base. Experience and skills that you can bring: Full fluency of the Mandarin and English languages. Experience in SaaS sales as a BDR, SDR, AE, or Account Manager. Ability to turn data into a clear commercial narrative, using numbers and insights to build a persuasive case that moves a deal forward. Strong understanding of the mobile gaming, entertainment, financial services, or security industries and their digital ecosystems is a significant plus. Ability to identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base Self-starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are highly encouraged. An eye for detail following the industry trends and interpreting these into day-to-day business impact.
