Business Planning Supervisor

About this Position Manage the business plans of assigned distributors and retail outlets in accordance with company requirements, while building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. What you´ll do Manage assigned distributors and customers in line with company requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships. Develop and execute business plans for distributors and retail outlets, including but not limited to P&L management, investment planning, and promotional programs. Manage distributor and customer contracts, trade terms, and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP). Execute channel and category plans developed by the MSP team across the assigned channels and retail outlets. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree or above preferred; Associate degree minimum. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for business decision-making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of retail systems and industry-related operational practices.
