Task Responsibilities

• Take detailed advertising briefs and coordinate all project requirements with precision.

• Ensure that all creative output is in line with the client’s brief and objectives.

• Prepare and present creative proposals and cost estimates to clients for approval.

• Actively seek new opportunities to expand and enhance our clients' accounts.

• Stay informed about the client’s business, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative advertising and event solutions.

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Must be local citizen.

• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, business development, or a related role, preferably within an advertising, marketing, communications, or creative agency.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong commercial and business development mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of the advertising, marketing, and communications industry.
