Account Executive Sales – Western Canada, Remote (Work From Home) Location: Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, or the Prairies) — Remote / Work From Home Type: Full-Time Ready to make it to the next level in life? Vault Credit is looking for an experienced Account Executive to grow our presence across Western Canada. This is a remote, work-from-home role for someone based in Western Canada who already knows how to build a territory, sell working capital financing, and bring in business. Summary Own and grow Vault Credit's working capital lending business across Western Canada — building relationships with business owners and referral sources, structuring the right financing solution for each client, and guiding them through a smooth process from first contact to funding. Primary Responsibilities — Account Executive, Working Capital S ales Manage a full pipeline of business owners seeking working capital financing, from first contact through funding and renewal. Structure and present working capital financing options tailored to each client's cash flow, revenue, and business needs. Reach out to and respond to inbound and self-sourced leads seeking financing. Evaluate bank statements, financial statements, and overall business file to assess deal viability and structure appropriate terms. Ensure compliance with lending requirements and underwriting standards throughout the process. Walk clients through the approval and funding process, managing timelines and expectations at every step. Explain all aspects of the loan clearly to clients — rates, terms, payment structure, and renewal or repeat-funding options. Manage and grow an active book of business, including proactive follow-up on renewals and repeat funding opportunities. Keep pipeline and account activity current and accurate in the CRM. Business Development & Partnerships (Western Canada) Identify, build, and maintain relationships with brokers, referral partners, and industry contacts across Western Canada to create a consistent, self-sourced pipeline. Develop partnerships with accountants, business associations, and other referral sources who work directly with small and medium-sized business owners. Represent Vault Credit in the Western Canada market — networking and building the company's presence and reputation in the region. Own the growth strategy for Western Canada as a territory — proactively identifying where new business and partnership opportunities exist, rather than only working assigned leads. Track and report on partnership and business-development activity: what's converting, what isn't, and where to focus next. Seeking a Candidate Who Has prior field sales experience — has built relationships and territory in person, not just over the phone. Is based in Western Canada with an existing network of business contacts, referral sources, or partnerships they can bring to the role. Has experience selling over the phone; financial industry/cold calling an asset. Has experience in, or an aptitude for, business development and partnership-building — not just working an existing lead queue. Has strong communication skills, English written & spoken (French an asset). Is comfortable and disciplined working independently in a remote, work-from-home setup. Is technology literate. Is positive, hard-working, and reliable.
