Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at Earlybird AI. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting product demos, and closing new business. This role includes nurturing relationships with agencies and freelancers, understanding their lead generation needs, and aligning Earlybird AI solutions to their goals. The Account Executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, share customer feedback, and support ongoing improvements to the platform. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate pipeline data in the CRM, meeting or exceeding quota, and representing the brand in a professional and consultative manner.

What you'll do

• Run 25–30 minute demos with freelancers and agency owners who booked through our inbound and outbound channels
• Qualify, demo the product, walk through case studies, and close on the call
• Deal sizes range from $764 to $2,004, paid upfront

Compensation

• $1800-2000/month base + commission ($4000-$5000+ / mo OTG (On Target Goal)
• 10% commission on closed revenue up to 25 closes per month
• 15% on everything above that
• Paid in USD

Who we're looking for

• You've closed on live calls before — demos, discovery, or high-ticket sales
• Fluent, natural English on video calls
• You can hold price without flinching and ask uncomfortable questions without sounding pushy
• You're coachable
• Bonus: you've used Upwork as a freelancer or agency owner
