What would you do if you were handed a £250k commercial book with the opportunity to grow it?

I’m recruiting for an established insurance broker looking for an ambitious Account Executive to take ownership of an existing book across the Northern market and Scotland.

This isn’t just about servicing an inherited book. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow, network and build their own pipeline.

The role offers:

• £250k existing commercial book

• Broad mix of risks across sectors including construction, retail, leisure and more

• Opportunity to bring your own network

• Strong focus on new business and growth

• Longer-term opportunity to grow the book towards £400k

• Open to experienced AEs, early-career AEs and exceptional Account Handlers ready to step up

• Flexible hybrid working, Perth-based

• Salary flexible depending on experience, with car allowance available at senior level

• Bespoke bonus structure + long-term incentive opportunity
