Expanding, established company based in Manchester city centre is looking for an Account Executive to join its growing team! Hybrid working.

This role is customer focussed, where you'll be keeping customer orders moving from initial brief through to delivery. Using the internal systems, you'll be entering & checking information, updating the systems, tracking progress, and making sure the clients have a great customer experience.

You'll be working closely with the Account Managers, supporting them day-to-day, as well as liaising with the Operations & Production teams. Excellent communication skills are key as you will be co-ordinating & processing orders as well as updating the systems and keeping everything on-track.

This role would suit someone from an agency background who is deadline driven, has excellent attention to detail, good focus on quality, customer-first mentality and being able to flag any issues which need solving. You will track projects & workflow from initial brief through to final delivery, making sure you know where it's up to and where they need to go next.

Strong organisation & communication skills are essential for this role, as well as being able to use automated workflow systems and make sure order entries & outputs are accurate.

Working in this expanding print, label & packaging environment, training & development will be provided, along with a clear career progression route up to Account Manager level. If you are ambitious, customer focussed and want to grow, then this could be the perfect role for you!

This role is open to people from creative & design agency backgrounds, as well as technology, logistics, manufacturing, retail, consumer brands, and fast-moving service-led businesses.
