- Build customized proposals and pricing models (fixed, redemption, and hybrid) tailored to corporate breach incidents and client specifications.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional support with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to orchestrate contract execution (Incident Response Services Agreements), deal redlines, and rapid deployment operations.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, record account activities, and track opportunity updates in Salesforce.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt working schedule and hours as required to support urgent breach events, client requests, and time-sensitive business needs.
- Role requires 10- 15% regional travel
What experience you need

- Demonstrating a strong passion and drive to learn the cybersecurity and breach response industry landscape
- Demonstrating objection handling in high-urgency, consultative sales environments
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and contract negotiation capabilities
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, and CRM management (Salesforce)
- Developing tailored executive presentations and pitching capabilities to decision-makers, legal counsel, and corporate leadership
- Proven ability and willingness to work flexible schedules outside of core business hours to accommodate urgent client needs and active incident responses.
What could set you apart
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning within the Canadian cybersecurity landscape, cyber incident frameworks, and privacy legislation (PIPEDA and provincial standards)
- Hunter Mindset with a track record of B2B business growth and partner ecosystem expansion
- Established network within Canadian cyber law firms, insurance carriers, or forensic technology vendors
