Our mission is to work with partners , grow with purpose and move the world forward . “Start your growth engine, today” start #workwithvenuee Responsibilities: Act as the success enforcement and primary contact for both internal and external communications post-sale, including clients and KOLs, ensuring smooth project implementing and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on the progress of initiatives, addressing any issues or adjustments as needed. Foster and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, building rapport and trust to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing additional services or enhancements based on client needs. Handle administrative tasks related to account management, such as reporting, billing, and updating report systems. Requirement: At least 2 years of proven experience in account management, digital marketing, or a client-facing role in a relevant industry. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, with an ability to explain digital strategies and tools to clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated analytical skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in stakeholder management for efficient customer relationship management. Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
