Success in this role is measured by Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), attainment of an annual expansion target, and forecast accuracy. We are seeking individuals with strong business maturity, executive presence, critical thinking, and operational discipline, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, value-driven action plans. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership Own a concentrated portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, developing and executing long-term account strategies aligned to client business objectives, value drivers, and growth opportunities. Continuously assess account sentiment, partnership health, and renewal likelihood, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Act as the senior point of accountability for client concerns and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved and executive confidence is maintained. Strengthen long-term partnership value by driving client advocacy and engagement, including participation in strategic programs such as Customer Advisory Board and other Wunderkind initiatives.
