Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Leader / Account Executive to join MPS Monitor and Nexera team to help drive growth across strategic accounts and new business opportunities. This position requires a results-oriented sales professional with strong leadership capability, proven experience in software or technology sales, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting and solution design to negotiation and long-term account management. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on closer and a strategic thinker, capable of guiding sales initiatives while mentoring team members and contributing to MPS Monitor and Nexera overall commercial success. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets · Build, manage, and grow key customer relationships across enterprise accounts · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries · Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs · Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals · Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding · Provide leadership within the commercial team by mentoring junior sales colleagues · Represent MPS Monitor and Nexera at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities · Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting in CRM tools
