The Role As Account Manager, you will own day-to-day client relationships and lead a team of planner/buyers to deliver measurable results. You will work closely with our Search, Social, Programmatic, and Trading teams and play a central role in our 3P network operations, including partner evaluation, traffic quality oversight, and performance-led decision-making. This role sits within the APAC hub and reports into the Account Director. What you will be responsible for Own the client relationship as the primary day-to-day contact, driving account growth and retention Lead 3P network management including partner onboarding, performance tracking, and quality scoring across inventory and traffic signals Manage a team of planner/buyers and media executives, including workload allocation and professional development Direct campaign strategy across branding and performance objectives, using data to identify opportunities and course-correct in real time Run media partner discussions, and maintain accurate financial entries, billing, and tracking documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Search, Social, Programmatic, Reporting, and Trading teams to ensure cohesive delivery Uphold high standards in reporting quality and campaign execution, with a focus on mobile measurement accuracy Support the Account Director on strategic planning What are the requirements of the role? Minimum 5 years in digital media, with a focus on performance and/or mobile marketing Hands-on planning and buying experience across mobile app campaigns Demonstrable experience managing 3P or affiliate network partners Track record of managing junior team members including being responsible for their growth Proven ability to manage clients independently with strong relationship instincts Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and stakeholder presentations Strong Understanding of mobile measurement platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer) , attribution and fraud analysis Analytical mindset able to synthesise campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations Familiarity with app marketing fundamentals including SKAdNetwork and incrementality Experience with BI or data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Datorama, or Looker Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and senior stakeholders Proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language is a plus (e.g. Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) What you can expect from working at M+C Saatchi Performance A vast insight into the world of digital marketing and in-depth knowledge across search and social advertising.
