Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of film and video production projects. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding project goals, and translating client needs into clear requirements for internal teams. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating timelines, tracking project progress, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between clients, producers, and other stakeholders. The Account Manager will also help identify opportunities for additional services, support contract renewals, and contribute to proposals and presentations. This position requires proactive issue resolution, maintaining high client satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement in account management practices. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in account management, client services, or project coordination, preferably in film, media, or creative industries.
Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to clients and internal teams.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote setting.
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management software, CRM systems, video conferencing platforms).
Ability to analyze client needs, anticipate challenges, and propose practical solutions that align with production constraints and business goals.
Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively in a distributed team environment.
Experience in or strong interest in film production, media, or creative content development is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
