Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service delivery, gather feedback, and discuss potential enhancements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Replaceable with experience) Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology or telehealth industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
