Account Manager

At TENFOUR, we’re looking for an Account Manager with 2–3 years of agency experience who understands how brands communicate today — across campaigns, content, social media and every touchpoint that brings an idea to life.

What you’ll do

• Be the day-to-day contact for your clients.
• Manage social media projects and campaigns from brief to launch.
• Turn client conversations into clear briefs and actionable next steps.
• Work closely with Creative, Digital, Media, Strategy and external content partners.
• Take part in content planning and light content production.
• Keep projects, timelines and budgets moving in the right direction.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and cost estimates.
• Contribute ideas, spot opportunities and help make the work better.

You’ll fit right in if you

• Have 2–3 years of experience in an advertising or communication agency.
• Know your way around social media platforms, content formats and digital campaigns.
• Can keep clients happy without promising the impossible.
• Stay calm when “one small change” becomes twelve.
• Are organised, curious, collaborative and good with people.
• Speak and write excellent Greek and English.
• Are comfortable getting hands-on with content — CapCut or similar tools are a strong plus.
