Senior PR Account Manager Apply for this Job Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a leading Public Relations agency with a strong portfolio of clients across Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Hospitality, a Senior PR Account Manager . We are looking for a strategic and hands-on PR professional to take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile brands and clients. This is a senior individual contributor, requiring strong strategic thinking, excellent client management skills, and a genuine understanding of the fashion industry and its media ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management Lead end-to-end account management for a portfolio of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients, from strategic planning through execution and performance reporting. Serve as the primary senior point of contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships and ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Develop and present integrated communications strategies with a clear commercial rationale, measurable KPIs, and a strong focus on brand positioning and media impact. PR Strategy & Execution Design and implement comprehensive PR campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive quality media coverage, and support clients' business objectives Lead media pitching efforts and proactively identify and secure high-value coverage opportunities across print, digital, and broadcast channels Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events, product seedings, gifting activations, and brand experiences Author and edit press releases, media briefs, influencer briefs, strategic proposals, and performance reports in both Greek and English Media, Influencer & Stakeholder Relations Build strong and long-term relationships with media representatives, editors, stylists, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders across the Greek market Lead influencer marketing planning and execution, managing selection, briefing, contracting coordination, and performance evaluation Oversee media planning activities and contribute to content strategy in alignment with client brand guidelines Requirements 4-5 years of PR agency experience, with a demonstrable focus on fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously In-depth knowledge of the Greek media and influencer landscape, with an established network of relevant contacts Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, ability to produce strategic-level content independently Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and presentation tools such as Canva Solid understanding of digital culture, social media dynamics, and the influencer ecosystem Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Department Marketing & Communications Role Senior PR Account Manager Locations Kifisia Remote status Hybrid
