Join Kinetic-ID at an exciting stage of growth! We are looking for a remote Account Manager to cover North England and Scotland. In return we will offer a competitive salary and commission structure, company vehicle and fuel card, health plan, life assurance, company pension, and 24 days annual leave.

Kinetic-ID designs and delivers MedTech infrastructure that helps healthcare and life sciences professionals focus on patient care and critical work.

This is a 50% account management and 50% new business sales role. You will work alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager who is responsible for generating appointments with potential customers.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing NHS customers while proactively identifying, developing and winning new opportunities across NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations.

  • Own and develop a portfolio of existing NHS customer accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Trusts.
  • Understand customers' clinical, operational and procurement requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Kinetic-ID's presence within existing accounts.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to maximise customer value and revenue.
  • Manage the sales process for repeat purchases, upgrades, replacements and additional deployments.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and account reviews.
  • Maintain strong awareness of upcoming projects, budgets, procurement cycles and customer requirements.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to customers, providing advice and solutions rather than simply selling products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and initial engagement through to stakeholder management, presentations, tenders, negotiation and closing.

You will need to be commercially ambitious, highly organised and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline clinical teams and procurement professionals through to senior decision-makers.

Experience selling into the NHS, healthcare, medical devices, clinical technology, IT, equipment or another regulated/public-sector environment would be highly advantageous.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering our growth strategy so if you're an experienced salesperson who enjoys winning new business, developing strategic customer relationships and selling a product that solves real-world problems, we would love to hear from you!
