Our client is a growing European technology company specializing in B2B SaaS and MarTech solutions, with approximately 450 employees across several European countries.

The company provides a portfolio of digital marketing and customer engagement solutions serving both SME and enterprise customers.

As part of its continued expansion in Germany, the company is transforming its sales organization from a product-focused structure into a more customer-oriented, multi-product sales model.

To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager DACH who will manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers, strengthen long-term client relationships, identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, and drive sustainable growth and retention across the DACH market.

The Role

  • Use KPIs and customer data to prioritize opportunities and develop accounts effectively.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities within existing customers and share market insights with the wider Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to provide a strong customer experience.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a commercially minded account professional who combines relationship management with ananalytical and proactive approach to customer growth and retention.

  • 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Management, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, MarTech, or a comparable environment is preferred.
  • Commercial education, vocational training, or a comparable university degree is preferred.

  • Comfortable using the phone proactively as part of customer management.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
  • Native-level or highly fluent German and strong written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of the German market; broader DACH experience is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment from Berlin or Chemnitz.

Note: The requirements should not be considered an absolute checklist. Strong candidates whose experience differs slightly from the preferred profile may still be considered based on their leadership capabilities, commercial mindset, and overall suitability for the role.
