Location: Hong Kong/Hybrid (co-working office available; on-site attendance required for client meetings, working sessions, and photoshoots)

Styli Collective is a boutique social media studio working with some of Hong Kong's most iconic hospitality and lifestyle brands. We are seeking an organized and client-oriented Account Manager to help manage day-to-day client relationships. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, keeping communications running smoothly, responding to requests promptly, and helping ensure client satisfaction with support from our senior team. This role involves hands-on producing, copywriting, content editing, and reporting.

This position is remote, but requires availability and responsiveness during Hong Kong business hours, Monday to Friday, following the local working calendar. You'll have the option of working from our co-working office in Causeway Bay, and should be available to attend on-site client meetings, occasional offline working sessions, and photoshoots.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and Styli Collective, ensuring all client communications are managed promptly and professionally, including with agency partners on white-label projects.
• Help manage client accounts, monitor ongoing projects, and provide updates and performance reports to clients and internal teams.
• Support the development of project briefs, content calendars, and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from initial briefing through to delivery, including scheduling, publishing, and community management support across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Perform copywriting, content editing, and reporting tasks as needed to support client projects.
• Share ideas to help improve client services and internal processes.

Must-Haves

• Based in Hong Kong with the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
• Available and responsive during standard Hong Kong office hours (Mon–Fri), and able to attend on-site client meetings, occasional offline working sessions, and photoshoots as needed.
• 3-5 years of experience at a marketing, PR, social media, or creative agency (agency experience is required).
• Full professional fluency in Cantonese and strong written English and Traditional Chinese; able to adapt tone of voice across different brands.
• Hands-on skills with Canva and CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and shifting priorities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves (we don't expect you to tick every box!)

• Experience with luxury, hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Google Workspace (easy to pick up on the job).
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Xiaohongshu) and native analytics tools.
