Senior Corporate Affairs Specialist based in Vienna

Our client is a prominent international technology platform that facilitates daily convenience for millions of users worldwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated specialist to join their Corporate Communications and Public Affairs division. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the company's standing within the public, political, and regulatory landscape of Austria.

Working closely with internal departments such as legal, operations, and marketing, you will coordinate activities on both a local and international scale to ensure business interests are effectively represented.

Key Responsibilities

Contributing to the design and execution of a localized corporate affairs strategy.

Tracking and evaluating legislative trends, political shifts, and public discourse.

Producing high quality written materials including position papers, press releases, briefing notes, and executive presentations.

Articulating company viewpoints to external stakeholders and the general public.

Establishing and maintaining a robust network of contacts among government officials, NGOs, industry associations, and media members.

Required Profile

A university degree in political science, communications, law, economics, or a related discipline.

At least three years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications, preferably within the Austrian market.

Deep knowledge of the Austrian political system, regulatory mechanisms, and media environment.

Fluency in both German and English with exceptional writing and presentation skills.

A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to influence and lead cross functional projects.
