Join our diverse teams of passionate people and a career that allows you to develop both personally and professionally. At Getinge we exist to make life-saving technology accessible for more people. To make a true difference for our customers – and to save more lives, we need team players, forward thinkers, and game changers.

Are you looking for an inspiring career? You just found it.

About this opportunity

As part of Getinge's Acute Care Therapies (ACT) business area, you will join a team dedicated to improving outcomes for critically ill patients through innovative cardiovascular solutions. The Danish ACT Cardiovascular team is responsible for supporting hospitals and healthcare professionals with advanced technologies used in cardiac surgery and critical care environments.

We are now looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Denmark. This is a replacement recruitment for a well-established territory, offering the opportunity to further develop customer relationships and drive growth within a highly specialized product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic region, including Sales, Service, Product Management, Finance, and Back Office functions.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow sales of Getinge's ACT Cardiovascular portfolio across Denmark while acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

What you will do

As Account Manager, you will combine commercial responsibility with clinical customer support, helping healthcare providers optimize patient care through our solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth of the ACT Cardiovascular portfolio across Denmark.
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with surgeons, cardiologists, perfusionists, nurses, purchasing departments, and hospital management.
  • Providing product expertise and clinical support during customer interactions and evaluations.
  • Managing tender processes and commercial opportunities within your territory.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and CRM reporting while ensuring compliance with Getinge's quality standards and processes.

This position is home-based in Denmark and requires regular travel throughout the country, as well as occasional international travel. The role offers a high degree of flexibility and autonomy while remaining closely connected to the Nordic ACT organization.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe you have:

  • Experience in medical technology sales, or a combination of clinical and commercial experience within MedTech.
  • Proven experience working with hospitals, healthcare professionals, or healthcare organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and strong general IT proficiency.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Denmark.

Meritorious qualifications include:

  • Experience within perfusion, cardiac surgery or vascular surgery.
  • Experience supporting complex medical technologies in clinical settings.
  • Knowledge of public procurement and tender processes.
  • Experience working in an international or Nordic matrix organization.

In addition to your professional background, we value individuals who are self-driven, collaborative, structured, and customer-focused. You enjoy creating trusted relationships, take ownership of your territory, and thrive in an environment where commercial success and patient outcomes go hand in hand.

At Getinge we see ourselves as proactive and self-driven in learning and contributing to the continued development of our products and our organization's capabilities. We are Team Players, Forward Thinkers and Game Changers.

We think you will thrive in a high-expectation environment and have an interest in our products.
