Rooftop Twenty Two is a growing digital marketing agency based in Dublin. We work with a broad range of Irish businesses across paid media, SEO, social, email, design, video and web. We are a team of fourteen people who work closely together, know our clients well and take pride in getting good work done. We move quickly, give people real responsibility and expect everyone to contribute ideas, ask questions and take ownership.
This is a hands-on account management role owning a portfolio of client relationships, leading their day-to-day marketing activity and making sure everything keeps moving. You will learn the client's business, lead conversations confidently and know how marketing activity supports their wider goals.
You will be involved directly in activities such as social media, email, reporting, website updates, shoots, research and other day-to-day marketing work, while also working with our performance specialists where deeper expertise is needed. You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you do need enough knowledge to speak confidently about each of them, understand what good work looks like and know when to bring in the right person.
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries and service areas
- Build strong relationships by understanding each client's business, goals, challenges and priorities
- Run client calls and meetings – set the agenda, lead the conversation and leave with clarity on actions and next steps
- Bring ideas and recommendations rather than simply reacting to client requests
- Help clients understand what their marketing activity means for the wider business
- Write clear, complete briefs for design, paid media, SEO, video and development teams
- Plan, write and manage social content across client accounts
- Prepare email campaigns, reports, presentations and client updates
- Make straightforward website and content updates where required
- Plan photo and video shoots alongside our in–house content team
- Track work in progress and make sure agreed actions are followed through
- Review output before it goes to the client and make sure it is accurate, on brief and to the correct standard
- Monitor performance across paid media, SEO, social and web analytics and translate it into plain language
Ideally, you will have around one to three years' experience in a marketing or agency environment. Agency experience is strongly preferred because of the pace, variety and hands-on nature of the role, but we are open to someone earlier in their career who can demonstrate strong practical experience and good judgement.
You should have:
- A solid working knowledge of digital marketing across paid media, SEO, social, email, websites and analytics
- Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
- Confidence leading conversations and thinking on your feet
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience creating or managing social content
- An ability to understand performance data and explain what it means in practical terms
- Good judgement around creative, content and marketing output
- A willingness to get involved directly in the work rather than seeing execution as someone else's job
You are curious and want to find things out. You move quickly, stay composed under pressure and are comfortable taking responsibility. You do not need to be chased, and you flag issues early when something is at risk. You understand that marketing should support the client's business, not simply generate activity.
We are actively implementing new ways of working via AI to our everyday workflows. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious about tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other emerging platforms. Practical experience using AI in your day-to-day work is a benefit, but curiosity and willingness to learn matter more.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana or a similar project management platform
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 or SEMrush
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience making basic CMS or website updates
- Experience coordinating photo or video shoots
- Practical experience using AI tools as part of your workflow
- Private health insurance upon completion of probation
- Employer pension contributions upon completion of probation
- Company charity day each year where we decide a charity to support as team and complete a helping hand day
- Hybrid working (work-from-home and Glasnevin office split)
- Direct access to specialists across paid media, SEO, design, development, video and strategy
- Exposure to AI tools and new ways of working that are shaping how our industry is moving
- Clear opportunities to progress as the agency grows
- A close team that works hard, supports each other and enjoys working together
