Account Manager

📦 openthebox is hiring an Account Manager (Ghent / Brussels, hybrid)

openthebox provides AI-driven company data and insights to private banks, wealth managers and institutional investors. We started in Belgium, are now expanding abroad, and release new AI modules regularly.

As Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of clients in private banking, private equity, M&A, family offices and professional services. Your main goal is to grow those accounts. You'll also spend time on onboarding and client questions, since clients who use the platform well are the ones who buy more.

Your role

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, with targets on retention and expansion
• Find upsell and cross-sell opportunities: extra users, new modules, additional data packages
• Handle renewals from start to finish
• Make sure the right people at each client are using the platform
• Work closely with sales, product and data, and share client feedback
• Keep HubSpot up to date and your forecast accurate

Your profile

• 3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in SaaS
• Experience growing accounts, not only retaining them
• Able to explain data products to non-technical buyers
• Comfortable working with senior people in the financial sector
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus

Experience in fintech, finance, legal tech, data or cybersecurity, or with HubSpot, is a bonus.
