Position: Account Manager - AI / Faith
Solace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the AI and Faith sectors. This is a full-time, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the AI and Faith sectors
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account progress
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in account management
- Proven track record of successful sales and meeting targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of AI workflows
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
