// WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Momentum is looking for a passionate Account Manager to play an integral role in the development and execution of experiential activations, and music and venue partnerships for a New York-based client. You’ll manage client, property, and agency relationships, as well as build and execute activations from start to finish, and develop the client’s portfolio across the entertainment industry. Specifically, this position will play a key leadership role dedicated to our Music and Music Venue program, ensuring our activations resonate within the music and entertainment space.
// HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Provide day-to-day support for a specific portfolio of partners, managing relationships with client(s), entertainment properties and partners, and external agency partners.
- Manage various projects and activations through planning, execution, and post-event recapping.
- Maintain financials, including billing, invoicing, tracking, and reporting, ensuring programs are executed within budget and managed according to client and agency procedures.
- Build and manage effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams, working cross-functionally to solicit and convey all necessary information in a timely manner for client programs and activations.
- Support fulfilment of sponsorship deliverables and contractual assets, and provide consultative feedback to the client on opportunities as needed.
- Effectively communicate with team members in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build a thorough understanding of the client’s business, goals, and KPIs, and analyze client results into actionable takeaways.
- Stay abreast of industry and competitive trends in the marketplace to have a finger on the pulse of music and culture to identify future opportunities.
- Travel is required for this role.
- Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision.

// HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing and experiential experience.
- Agency experience a plus.
- Experience managing/training/mentoring junior team members.
- Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives.
- Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters.
- Proven leadership of clients and partners.
- Highly organized as well as ability to be highly flexible in a fast paced atmosphere.
- Experience working on large clients/projects with many moving parts.
- Experience building and managing budgets.
- Proactive self-starter, able to identify projects and tasks, and see them through execution.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful.
- Polished, professional demeanor, team player.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently.
- Strong AI experience and proficiency, including the ability to leverage and work effectively with modern AI tools to enhance workflows and strategic outputs.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
