Account Manager - Influencer Marketing

📍 This is a hybrid role based in Milan: 2 days a week in our office, 3 days remote.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to lead influencer campaigns for our clients, from kickoff to final report. You'll be the client's main point of contact and the link between brands, creators and our internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Own campaigns end to end: brief, strategy, creator sourcing, negotiation, content, go-live, reporting
• Be the client's main point of contact and strategic advisor
• Select and vet creators for fit, audience quality and brand safety
• Negotiate with creators and talent agencies: fees, deliverables, timelines, rights
• Manage budgets, timelines and approvals across multiple campaigns at the same time
• Analyze campaign KPIs and turn the data into clear recommendations
• Work with sales and creative teams on proposals and upsell opportunities
• Keep clients coming back: anticipate their needs, don't just react

You're a Great Fit If You…

• Have 2–3 years of experience managing influencer or social campaigns, ideally in an agency
• Have a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Are an excellent project manager: organized, precise and calm under pressure
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, creators and colleagues
• Are data-driven, but also creative
• Are fluent in Italian and English

Compensation

Gross annual salary (RAL): €27.000 – €33.000 + bonus + benefits, depending on experience.
