Account Manager, PSP Middle

TrueLabel is a group of iGaming operators (12+ legal entities). We are looking for a Middle Account Manager who independently manages a pool of PSPs after launch: new brands and geos, incidents, SLA, settlements.

Requirements
Required baseline (Junior):

• Experience in daily work with PSPs: statuses, requests, URL and brand approvals, test accounts, documents
• Understanding of payment methods (Cards, APM, OB, Crypto), FTD/STD, deposits and payouts
• Understanding of legal entity, brand and geo structure
• CRM, Jira, Notion, 1Password
• Data accuracy, confidentiality, proactively reports status and blockers

Middle:

• Confident work in provider back offices: cashiers, wallets, callbacks, balances
• Knowledge of Compliance/KYC requirements for brands and domains
• Experience handling incidents: access issues, holds, settlements, channel downtime

Responsibilities

• Managing own PSP pool after handover from BDM, main point of contact for partners
• SLA control, escalation of breaches, blocks and payout delays
• Handling incidents with providers
• Business wallets and accounts in back offices together with Finance
• Working with related teams: Compliance, Risk & Fraud, Finance, Reconciliation, Tech Integrations
• Keeping all PSP information in CRM, reports for TL
• Updating the knowledge base, writing provider flow instructions, supporting Junior colleagues

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / high-risk, PaymentIQ or similar cashier platforms, crypto PSPs
