What you will do Build trusted relationships with hospice customers and become a strategic partner in their long-term success. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and aligning Dragonfly Health solutions to support quality care and operational excellence. Partner with Clinical Managers to promote appropriate medication utilization, patient care outcomes, and cost management initiatives. Lead recurring business reviews by preparing meeting agendas, facilitating customer discussions, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-through. Coordinate with Billing, Operations, Customer Service, Implementation, and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless service. Support new customer onboarding, implementations, integrations, and post-go-live education to ensure a successful transition. Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and account plans within Salesforce. Monitor account performance, utilization trends, and customer health to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations. Collaborate with Sales to support customer growth, acquisitions, expanded services, and strategic initiatives. Participate in customer education, conferences, and marketing events while serving as a trusted resource for clients and internal partners. What we look for Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Three or more years of experience in healthcare account management, hospice, pharmacy services, client success, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare environment Experience supporting hospice, home health, long-term care, post-acute care, or pharmacy customers preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels Experience leading customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret utilization, operational, and financial trends Experience collaborating across clinical, operational, billing, implementation, customer service, and sales teams Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, RPh, or PharmD) or healthcare-related certifications are a plus Work Environment: Ability to work independently from a home or corporate office to achieve objectives.
