About the Role
This is a hands-on customer-facing role combining logistics operations, account management and inbound sales. The position does not involve traditional cold calling. Sales activity is focused primarily on converting inbound enquiries, following up quotations and developing existing customer relationships.
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded operator who can own the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to quoting, booking, dispatch coordination and aftercare. You will be trusted to build customer relationships, solve problems, identify sales opportunities and ensure every client receives exceptional service.
You will become one of the key people representing our company and we expect you to represent us professionally and confidently.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries across telephone, email and online channels, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
- Assess customer requirements and develop suitable same-day, scheduled and time-critical transport solutions.
- Prepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations in line with service requirements, vehicle suitability, operational costs and company margin expectations.
- Coordinate bookings from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all service instructions and operational requirements are accurately recorded.
- Use the company’s in-house operational software to create bookings, manage quotations, update job statuses and maintain complete delivery records.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Support the development of repeat business through reliable service delivery and professional account communication.
- Handle routine customer concerns and service-recovery situations calmly, protecting both the customer relationship and the company’s commercial position.
- Maintain accurate internal notes, handover records and supporting documentation for all active and completed movements.
- Manage operational exceptions, including delays, access issues, vehicle changes, amended instructions and other service disruptions.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of internal procedures, communication standards and operational workflows.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who is sharp, proactive and genuinely sales-minded. You should be the type of person who picks up the phone rather than waits for an email, follows up without being told, and takes pride in winning business and keeping customers happy.
Essential Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Ability to confidently interface with corporate UK business clients over the phone, emails and meetings.
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a professional business environment, ideally within customer service, account management, sales support, logistics operations. Experience working directly with UK or US clients is strongly preferred. Previous exposure to courier, same-day delivery, freight forwarding or wider transport operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A dedicated, quiet home office setup with a high-speed primary internet connection, a stable backup internet link, and a reliable power backup system (UPS/Inverter).
What We Offer
• Monday to Friday (08:00 AM to 06:00 PM UK time)
• PKR 150,000 – 170,000 per month depending on experience & Skills
