THIS HEROIC ROLE:

We’re after a Melbourne-based AM/SAM with experience in:

· Great client relationships, account management and team leadership.

· Natural born organiser, balancing the essentials on budget, scope, timelines and expectations.

· Strategy and implementation of communications and creative campaigns across a client portfolio.

· Monitoring, collating and reporting on campaign and performance metrics.

· Award-winning campaigns (for both creativity and effectiveness)

WHAT YOU BRING:

· 3+ year’s creative agency account management experience

· Confidence in actioning and managing the delivery of brand strategies, plans and creative campaigns

· Great rapport building skills to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and listening skills

· Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

· Enthusiasm to join a creative business spanning Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and globally

SALARY:

Commensurate with experience. Flexible/hybrid working arrangements are in place.
