Evaluate customer needs, present portfolios, and on-board new policyholders. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in West Chester and Philadelphia, PA. Our office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5 Tuesday, Thursday 8:30-7 Saturday 9:30-12:30. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a fourth generation State Farm agent. We currently have 16 team members at our agency.
